Christy is originally from Arkansas and currently resides in Park Slope, Brooklyn. She began making art as a small child using the walls of her bedroom as her first canvas. Her mother was not pleased, however she did see potential. She was given a notebook to better contain her doodles, and eventually that was replaced with a proper sketchbook. She took it everywhere (including church). For her 11th
birthday she was given a beautiful paint set and brushes. She has been painting every since. When she’s not busy painting, she likes to play and sing with her band, go on adventures with her friends, and occasionally do standup comedy.
